Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your first subscription purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

Because managed credits are a digital service delivered immediately, checkout asks you to agree that we start providing the service right away. By doing so, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses to the extent of the service already provided — the standard arrangement for digital services under EU consumer law.

What that means in practice

• Within 14 days of your first subscription purchase — you can withdraw and receive a refund of the unused remainder. We deduct a pro-rated amount for the service already provided (time elapsed and credits consumed) and refund the rest.
• After the 14-day window, or on renewals — subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again.

Top-up credit packs

Top-up packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase, but only if no credits from that pack have been consumed. Once you start spending credits from a pack, the pack is no longer refundable.

How to request a refund

Email billing@slynkz.com from the email address on your Slynkz account and tell us which purchase you want refunded. A short reason helps us improve, but is not required. We confirm receipt and process eligible refunds promptly.

Processing time

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Once issued, banks typically take 5–10 business days to make the money visible on your statement.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights consumer law gives you. If the service is faulty or not as described, your statutory remedies apply regardless of the windows above.
