Where you can run Slynkz.

The Mac app is the one you can install today. Windows and Linux are being built, and mobile is planned. Nothing below carries a date, because a date on an unfinished build is a promise we would rather not make.

  • macOS

    Available now

    Apple Silicon. The full desktop app — local models, cloud models, tools, and the encrypted local workspace.

    Requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer).

    Slynkz is not yet notarized by Apple, so macOS stops it the first time you open it. Two clicks let it through — worth reading before you download.

  • Windows

    In development

    In development. The app is built on a cross-platform core, so this is a port of the shell rather than a rewrite of the product.

    The sandbox and keychain layers are the platform-specific work.

  • Linux

    In development

    In development, alongside Windows and sharing the same work.

  • iPhone & iPad

    Planned

    Planned. A phone cannot run the larger local models, so the shape of the mobile app is a genuine design question rather than a smaller window.

  • Android & tablets

Your account is not tied to a platform

One account, one subscription, one credit balance. When a build arrives for your platform, you sign in and your plan is already there — you are not buying the Mac app, you are buying Slynkz.

Why macOS first

Because it is a small team, and shipping one platform properly beats shipping three badly. The Mac was first for a specific reason: Apple Silicon runs useful models locally on a laptop, which is the whole premise of the product. That capability is what the other platforms are being built to match.
